This wine was made like a cake or torta by layering whole cluster and de-stemmed fruit. This is Tangelli s riff on carbonic method. It provides fresh red fruit, light herbaciousness and an easy drinking palate. This is perfect pizza or burger wine and can even be enjoyed with a little chill!
