Description

A blend of Merlot and Malbec from vines cultivated organically and planted in the communes of Saint Seurin de Cursac, near Blaye, and Saint Jean de Duras in the southwest. A cuvée made from purchased grapes from vignerons who share the same values. As for the winemaking, the approach is natural, as we’ve come to expect from the two women, with fermentations in vats, then transfer into barrels, with 16 months of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Just a microdose of sulphur at bottling.
