From extremely steep terraces and slopes of Bruckstuck, Rottgen, Hamm and Domgarten in Winninger. The soils here are very rocky with grey brown slate with iron, sulphur and quartz. 20% of the juice is fermented in acacia barrels, the rest in stainless. Showing a classic ethereal nose of white flowers, citrus and rocks with a citrusy, saline palate. They think this was their best vintage ever for this wine and drinking well now.
